	Suit Claims Sexual Abuse Houston Chronicle February 25, 1995 Three Corpus Christi-area males filed a lawsuit here Friday alleging they were sexually abused by the former priest of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in the South Texas community of Mathis between 1991 and February 1994. Juan Rodriguez, Felix Cornejo and the Rev. Deacon Santos Olivarez asked for unspecified damages from Catholic Church organizations and the alleged abuser, the Rev. Jesus Garcia. The state district court lawsuit filed by Houston attorney James Pearson says it is believed that Garcia has fled to Houston and ""may leave at any moment for Spain. '' Olivarez and Rodriguez were given drug-laced milk before their assaults, the lawsuit says, while Cornejo was molested during a ""sleep-over'' at the rectory, after being given a drug-laced soft drink. Garcia and officials of the church could not be reached for comment.
